Returns

  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, intimate items, or items marked as non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@everestdeals.ae with your order number and a photo of the damage.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund for any damaged or defective items.
